Global Connect. By booking any travel services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.

1.2 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

1.3 Full payment must be made as per the specified due date. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

2.2 Refunds are subject to the terms of the specific tour/package and may include cancellation fees.

2.3 No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip or no-shows.

3. Travel Documents

3.1 Passports, visas, and other travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler.

3.2 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD will assist in providing general information but will not be held responsible for any failure to obtain necessary documents.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.

4.2 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

5.1 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators.

5.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or any other issues beyond our control.

5.3 Travelers are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to undertake the planned activities.

6.2 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD is not liable for any medical or health issues that may arise during the trip.

7. Behavior and Conduct

7.1 Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and regulations.

7.2 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD reserves the right to terminate a traveler’s participation in the tour if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of 

others.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 FTT ONLINE PVT LTD is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, or pandemics.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with FTT ONLINE PVT LTD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
